Kitchen Flowers has been making versatile floral jellies since April 2013 in a small Gloucestershire kitchen on the foothills of Plump Hill in the Royal Forest of Dean.
The current range consists of Rose Petal Jelly, Lavender Jelly and Elderflower Jelly. The jellies can be used as a condiment for savoury foods as well used as a sweet "jam".
